Overview

Still Point Games ("we", "us", or "our") built Mortal Ambition as a free download with a single optional in-app purchase. This page explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Mortal Ambition is designed to collect as little data as possible: we operate no servers, and we receive no data from the app at all.

Information We Collect

Player names. When you start a game, you may enter player names. These are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to our servers and are not accessible by Still Point Games.

Game progress. Your campaign runs, Infinite Mode runs, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not collected or accessed by Still Point Games.

If you have iCloud Backup or encrypted device backups enabled, this locally stored data may be included in those backups, which are controlled by you and by Apple. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently.

Game Center

Mortal Ambition uses Apple Game Center for three optional features. Each is processed by Apple, not by us.

Online Arena matches. Your game state — the cards in play and the current score — is passed to your opponent through Apple's Game Center servers. It contains no personal information beyond the player name Game Center already displays.

The Infinite Mode leaderboard. If you submit a score, your Game Center alias and that score are visible to other players on the leaderboard.

Player name. The app reads the display name Game Center provides so it can show it in-game. It is never sent anywhere else.

We do not have access to your Game Center credentials or personal Apple Account information. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in iOS Settings; the solo campaign and all offline Arena modes remain fully playable. Purchases

Mortal Ambition is free to download and includes a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We never see or receive your payment details, billing address, or Apple Account information. The app only ever learns whether the purchase is active, and that answer is stored locally on your device. Refunds and purchase records are managed through your Apple Account, not through us.

Information We Do Not Collect

Mortal Ambition does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

— Personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number
— Location data
— Device identifiers or advertising IDs
— Analytics or usage data
— Payment information (purchases are handled entirely by Apple)
— Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data

The app does not track you across other apps or websites, and contains no advertising of any kind.

Third-Party Services

Other than Apple Game Center and the Apple App Store (both described above), Mortal Ambition does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app contains no third-party SDKs, frameworks, or libraries.

Children's Privacy

Mortal Ambition does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not contain advertising, has no accounts or messaging, and does not request personal information from any user.

Game Center features and in-app purchases can be limited or disabled through iOS Screen Time settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
